Integrative Physical Therapy & Personalized Care

We look beyond symptoms to understand why you hurt — and how to heal.

Our 1:1 sessions combine clinical expertise, movement science, and nervous system regulation to uncover the root causes of pain and dysfunction — restoring your strength, balance, and confidence for lasting wellbeing.

We look beyond symptoms to understand why your body is responding the way it is — studying how you move, breathe, and regulate through your nervous system. Once we identify the patterns that drive your pain or imbalance, we create a personalized plan that blends evidence-based physical therapy with yoga, Pilates, and strength. Both Diana and Emily trained as physical therapists at the Hospital for Special Surgery, a world-renowned orthopedic hospital, bringing deep clinical expertise to every session.

This is physical therapy that goes deeper — for people who want to truly understand their body and build resilience that lasts a lifetime.

Meet Your Practitioners

Diana Zotos Florio, PT, MSPT

Physical Therapist • Yoga Teacher •  Co-Founder, Threes  Physiyoga Method

With more than 20 years of experience, Diana integrates orthopedic and pelvic health expertise with mindful movement practices to help people move and feel better in their bodies. Her approach blends evidence-based physical therapy with yoga, Pilates, and breathwork to uncover the root causes of pain and imbalance.

Diana’s sessions focus on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence — supporting each person in building resilience and ease that lasts well beyond the treatment room.

Emily Tomlinson, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist • Yoga Teacher • Co-Founder, Threes Physiyoga Method

Emily blends over 20 years of physical therapy experience with the mindful principles of yoga to help people move, heal, and feel at home in their bodies. Her approach combines science backed physical therapy with yoga-informed movement and education, empowering patients to understand the “why” behind their pain and build lasting strength and resilience.

Pain doesn’t come from a single muscle or joint. It’s the result of how your body, breath, and nervous system are working together — or not.

Our Approach

A Root-Cause Framework for Whole-Person Healing
Every assessment looks at how your body organizes movement, manages stress, and distributes load through the kinetic chain. We consider how your breath and nervous system influence posture, stability, and performance.
What You Can Expect:
  • A deep-dive, story-based assessment
  • Nervous system & breath evaluation
  • Manual therapy and integrative movement retraining
  • Core and postural analysis
  • Education for long-term independence and strength
Our goal is to help you understand your body as a dynamic, resilient system — and give you the tools to keep it that way.

Between Sessions:
Supported, Ongoing Practice

Your healing doesn’t stop in the clinic. Each client receives a personalized home program — often including short video practices, targeted exercises, or curated Threes Physiyoga classes — to reinforce what we worked on in your sessions.

These home programs are designed to deepen your understanding of movement, improve consistency, and help your progress last far beyond your time on the table.
