Expand your understanding of Threes Physiyoga Method principles and their practical application for both private client and group settings by moving through scheduled course work and synthesis activities in this collaborative, online learning experience. 

Gain confidence in your integration of the Threes Physiyoga Method through interaction with the Threes community. Virtual live events, instructor feedback, and office hours are just a few ways Threes will support you during your direct path to certification.

 

Course Overview
  • 20 pre-recorded lessons, including foundational knowledge, movement tasks, labs, and Physiyoga practices
  • Lessons released on a schedule over five to six months with independent pacing between lessons
  • Knowledge-check quizzes at the end of each lesson
  • Four live, 60-minute virtual roundtable discussions and access to recordings
  • Four live, two-hour virtual Jigsaw learning events for small and large group discussion, collaboration and integration of knowledge
  • Assigned synthesis activities and feedback
  • Office hours for one-to-one mentoring

  • 200-hour YTT completion
  • $2,750 payment in full at registration

Master Certificate Requirements
  • Complete all online coursework 
  • Attend (or watch) all live recordings of virtual round table discussions calls
  • Attend all four live Jigsaw learning events (no recording available)
  • Supplemental written assignments if unable to attend
  • Complete comprehensive exam to highlight the knowledge gained and the areas that you may choose to explore further
