We believe that tuning our bodies helps us board more efficiently, more connected, helps us feel less sore, and have more endurance and agility on the mountain. Tuning in, and up, can even help prevent injuries and prolong your ability to do what you love.

Skiers and boarders need large muscle group strength, but also equally important for efficiency is mobility in the spine, hips, and ankles. Our program preps you for the season with a focus on power and agility, while also providing you with warm up and cool down movements that set you up for success on the slopes day after day.

Feel the effects:

-less sore after a full day on the mountain

-more connected mind and body and in tune to perform your best in that true flow state

-stronger  legs, core, and back to power you through the tough terrain, faster and for more days in a row

  1. Prepare with our ski/board prep movement class, specific strength and conditioning drills + a mobility flow to increase strength, coordination and endurance. Practice class 2-4x each week for 4-6 weeks leading up to your first day on the slopes
  1. Before your gear up, after that first cup of joe, with your long underwear on, WARM UP: take 10 minutes to limber up, prep your joints, muscles and get your mind right for the day ahead to decrease soreness and start the day strong. expect active mobility and muscle activations in all the right spots for skiers and boarders.
  2. After your shower or soak, its time to COOL DOWN, soothe your tired muscles and achey joints with a slow mobility and nervous system down regulation flow to help you relax and be refreshed and ready for the next day.
  3. Stay limber, agile, connected to your whole body without getting sore in this off day flow class.
