We believe that tuning our bodies helps us ski more efficiently, more connected, helps us feel less sore, and have more endurance and agility on the mountain. Tuning in, and up, can even help prevent injuries and prolong your ability to do what you love.
Skiers and boarders need large muscle group strength, but also equally important for efficiency is mobility in the spine, hips, and ankles. Our program preps you for the season with a focus on power and agility, while also providing you with warm up and cool down movements that set you up for success on the slopes day after day. Â
