We love nothing more than diving deep into the science of topics that are core to our TPM teachings, which is hard to do in a single class. That’s why we’ve developed our program series to be comprehensive courses that allow us to geek out and get in to the nitty gritty of a specific subject or area of the body to help you advance your yoga practice, up your athletic performance, recover from an injury, improve your general wellbeing, and more.

Each of our programs is progressive, meaning that you will build your knowledge base as you go along and be challenged to apply what you’re learning in increasingly more difficult (yet accessible) ways. You’ll have opportunities throughout the program to test and retest what you’ve learned to see how far you’ve come. Take one class per week in the order they appear on the timeline here.
