We love nothing more than diving deep into the science of topics that are core to our TPM teachings, which is hard to do in a single class. That’s why we’ve developed our program series to be comprehensive, six-part courses that allow us to geek out and get in to the nitty gritty of a specific subject or area of the body to help you advance your yoga practice, up your athletic performance, recover from an injury, improve your general wellbeing, and more.
You’ll have opportunities throughout the program to test and retest what you’ve learned to see how far you’ve come. This program uses Emily’s training with a particular mind-body focus to attend to some of the longer lasting covid symptoms holistically. Do this program at your own pace. We recommend to start slowly, check in with your body often, and to perform the techniques as often as you need. THIS PROGRAM IS FREE FOR ALL, NOT JUST TPM MEMBERS. WE BELIEVE COVID PHYSIYOGA SUPPORT SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE AND SHARED WIDELY.
