Sometimes your core just works, and sometimes it doesn’t. When it doesn’t it can be frustrating and difficult to manage to restore it on your own.
Emily and Diana have put together a complete step-by-step guide to restoring your core using physical therapy science and yoga. In it you will find simple ways for you to restore your core on your own using tried and true techniques linking the mind with the body and the breath.
How to use this program: start, here, in module 1, at the beginning and learn the why. It’s vital to learn how to stand and how to breath using the jellyfish breath meditation.
Take it one video at a time. Each time you practice the techniques in a new video, take your time to master them, feel like you are able to do them easily, and then move on. We expect this first module to take one to three weeks.
You can either add some core self-massage and release work that is found in module 2 of this program while working in this first module or after you complete it.
