In this core centric movement program, begin by focusing on the breath using the 360 degree breathing technique while learning to bring awareness to all the sides of our core canister. This breathing technique will serve as the foundation for each class in the series as we progress and develop more complex movement patterns. Expect to see some traditional and modern pilates exercises woven throughout the series. This program is great for anyone looking to: build strength in their core canister and low back, increase spinal stability, or enhance their athletic programs through more efficient movement. This program is also a wonderful complement to anyone who loves yoga as it helps us learn to move from our center and build “balanced” canister strength. Progress through the program at your own pace. Take each class once, or repeat it several times until you feel ready to move on.
