I fell in love with yoga in 2010 and was immediately fascinated by the ease with which yoga teachers could cue their students to move their bodies. I completed m yoga teacher training at Kula Yoga Project in early 2015 and continue to utilize yoga as a means of better assisting and teaching my patients in my physical therapy practice. A self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, I graduated from Boston University with a doctorate in physical therapy and am currently working on her manual therapy certification.
