If you are brand new to this concept, it can be confusing to figure out what amount of weight is right for what you are doing. This foundations class will shed some light on how to get started, what household items you can use as weights if you don’t have actual weights, and why it’s good to have a variety of difference weights to choose from depending on what you are doing.
