This class is part of a series that builds toward Bow Pose - a backbend done lying on the belly. The focus of this practice is to keep the pelvis in a neutral position in a backbend when adding movement from the legs, in particular using the hamstrings to bend the knees and the glutes to lift the hips into extension.
