A short, but deep dive into shoulder mobility through an exploration of gomukhasana arms. Gomukhasana is the perfect pose to investigate oneโ€™s range of motion because of its balance of internal and external rotation of the arms. We will establish an ROM baseline, then do some releases designed to facilitate more easeful shoulders.
