This guided meditation uses our own voice & vibration to help soothe the body/mind/heart and down regulate the nervous system. Practices include humming to feel vibration and bhramari breath (also called bumblebee breath). Humming in this way is thought to stimulate the vagus nerve which activates the rest and digest branch of the nervous system.
