The 3rd part of this Revolved Triangle series focuses on bringing balance and length to the hamstrings, creating space in the inner thighs, and bringing awareness to the feet. Expect a good dose of forward folds to stretch the hamstrings and explore the relationship from the feet to the hips. 

Each class in this series works on a different part of the body in preparation for the full pose (which is done in Part 4).
