Revolved Triangle Part 2: Spinal Rotation
Duration
24:53
Instructor
Equipment Required
Yoga Blocks

This is the second class in a four part series on demystifying Revolved Triangle.  This class will focus on both building strength and length as we work through a series of progressive twisting exercises. Rotation is essential for maintaining a healthy spine (assuming you aren't working with an injury or condition that prevents this). In particular, using repetition is highly effective in creating more ease and mobility. Notice how your spine/back feels at the end of class vs the beginning.

Each class in this series works on a different part of the body in preparation for the full pose (which is done in Part 4).
