In the world of Pilates, there is an exercise called the Teaser that uses many of the Pilates principles including core, back, hip & hip flexor strength. This class will prepare the body by stretching the hamstrings and increasing spinal articulation, while progressing through several Teaser variations that call on strength, balance, and movement control.
Props for class: 1 long resistance band, and either a thick mat or blanket for padding.
