In this class we use massage balls to create more freedom for movement in the upper body. Expect to give the Lats, shoulders, and upper back lots of love before we condition these areas in preparation for work in the overhead plane (ie, down dog, or forearm stand). This class can be used on its own or in conjunction with our Forearm Stand Physiyoga Flow.
