Are you having a slog of a day when you know moving will make you feel better, but you just don’t feel like you have the energy to get through a class? No worries–we’ve all been there. What if we meet ourselves where we are right now, and up-regulate our nervous systems by peeling off those layers of heavy energy, layer by layer. How?
