When you’re feeling anxious, agitated, or overstimulated, does attempting to sit still and meditate make you want to jump out of your skin? Let’s try meeting you where you are right now and then down-regulate your nervous system gradually, moving from high to low. How? We start off flowing through movements at a fairly quick pace, then we slow down incrementally, incorporating breathwork, until we eventually land in some easeful, grounding stretches, and a restoration at the end.
