Physiyoga Flow: Back & Core Strength

A strength & mobility practice using weights and resistance can help us feel strong and capable, as well as help to mitigate injury. This class will approach back strengthening as a way to condition the muscles to better support the spine and improve range of motion, then turn to a yoga flow to balance with mobility and stretching. We will touch upon a 360° breath with core activation, hip hinge, and incorporate weights into our practice.
