You’ve released and breathed your way to a more connected pelvic floor, now let’s do some retraining. In this class we breakdown how to train the muscles in the pelvic floor through a full range of movement. We begin in a chair and progress to more challenging positions. Start in the chair, master that position, and then come back to progress to standing. Revisit this class often as you progress your retraining slowly.
