Are you handstand curious, but can't quite get over a fear of going upside down? This 45-minute flow will slowly work and fine-tune all the components required to stand on one’s hands with the optimal balance of effort and ease. We will focus on building up the confidence and technique required to do a one-legged L-shaped handstand at the wall.
