CARs = Controlled Articular Rotations, aka taking your joints through their greatest rotational range of motion. CARs will help you get better at dissociating (separating) movement in one joint independent of neighboring joints. Daily CARs are essential for the health & longevity of your joints and can be used to assess your joints on any given day as well as train range of motion & capacity.
