This soft practice is all about getting out of your head and into your body and breath. Even as this class revolves around a specific theme, it is movement oriented vs pose oriented; sensory instead of technical. The theme for this class is spinal undulation which means you will move between spinal extension and flexion (backbending and rounding forward). The goal is a smooth serpentine like quality with the goal of simply feeling your own spinal mobility. This practice is perfect when you want gentle feel good movement without getting overly technical.
