This soft practice is all about getting out of your head and into your body and breath. Even as this class revolves around a specific theme, it is movement oriented vs pose oriented; sensory instead of technical. The theme for this class is side body opening and gentle spinal mobility within twists. You are invited to close your eyes for a lot of this practice and tune into the moment through moving the body.
