How to find your core in all the positions. This is where you start, create the awareness first, then start layering on strength. This video starts you lying face down, then progresses to lying on your back, kneeling, all 4's, and standing. Each step of the way giving you the tips and techniques you will use to create every day accessible strength. Please note, this class does not begin with release work. If you need to start with your specific core release techniques to become embodied or downtrain your overworking back, obliques, six pack or butt muscles please refer back to module 2 of the core restoration package
