This level 1 class pulls in elements of strengthening/conditioning and some familiar yoga poses as a less intense approach to building strength in the side body. Expect slower paced movement with options to use either a wall or chair for support. Much of this class could be done sitting in a chair rather than sitting on the floor or kneeling.
