The place to start your pelvic floor and core exercises is with the breath, NOT a Kegel. A key to a optimally functioning core is the breath and it's relationship with your respiratory and pelvic floor diaphragm. Through a guided meditation you will learn how to link your breath with movement of both the breathing diaphragm and the pelvic floor diaphragm. You will create awareness, and you will create change.
