The basics, 2. Take it up a notch by changing position, adding gravity, and taking away the stability of the floor. Master the core connection here and start building more endurance in these more challenging positions. Once you feel comfortable and competent with these exercises you are ready to progress to the advanced strength progressions. Remember, take it slow, stay connected, and quality over quantity. Please note, this class does not begin with release work. If you need to start with your specific core release techniques to become embodied or downtrain your overworking back, obliques, six pack or butt muscles please refer back to module 2 of the core restoration package
