We love using resistance bands at TPM for their amazing abilities to facilitate control and strength through full ranges of motion, enhance proprioceptive awareness throughout the whole body, and optimize overall movement efficiency. In this class we’ll add bands to our yoga flow, which will include specific conditioning and mobility work. Expect to work through all planes of movement, with time to breathe and restore.
