Advanced work, 3: Put it all together, work the strength and the endurance of the core against gravity with less stability. You will work the entire core, reigning in the rib cage and pelvis with core control as we hover, teach you how to use the core in chatarungha (low push up), and play with some twists. Remember, take it slow, stay connected and quality over quantity.
