A Way Back in to Your Practice

Have you let your practice lapse? It happens. This is a simple way back into it. Postures will be familiar friends needing minimal explanation so we can flow through them without holding. The sequence builds gradually to ease your body and mind back into the swing of things. The pacing isn’t vigorous, but intended to encourage a longer inhalation and exhalation.
