In this class we break down the component parts of Full Wheel Pose, or Urdva Dhanurasana, a challenging backbend. As a part of this TPM flow, therabands are used to create awareness and increased resistance. Join the journey through the wrists, elbows, shoulders, spine, hips, legs, and feet as we prepare for this full-body peak pose. Class includes time to cool down after vigorous movement.
